    • Craft compelling newsletters, announcements, and Teams channel content to keep internal stakeholders (sales, employees, channel partners) informed and engaged
    • Leverage data and feedback to analyse content effectiveness and continuously improve your craft
  • Champion of Client Stories
    • Develop and operationalize a seamless process for collecting and amplifying client references across the business
    • Collaborate with sales and project teams to validate and update reference information
    • Ensure regional compliance with processes for gathering win wires, live wires, and single slides
  • Sales Team's Secret Weapon
    • Ideate and create engaging content (internal videos, slides, roadmaps) to equip sales teams with the knowledge and tools they need to win deals
