About the Role

sa.global is looking for a motivated and skilled HomebuilderONE Functional Consultant to join our dynamic consulting team in Australia!

The HomebuilderONE Functional Consultant will collaborate with clients to deliver a state-of-the-art HomebuilderONE solution. You will excel at delivering high quality service and cutting-edge solutions to sa.global clients in the homebuilder industry.

This individual will focus on guiding and assisting clients through all phases of project implementations of the HomebuilderONE solution. A HomebuilderONE Consultant defines client business requirements, designs and configures the system solution for Homebuilder applications, and assists with system validation, go-live preparation, and support.

Main Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to provide cost effective solutions that solve business issues using in-depth knowledge of the HomebuilderONE application as well as Homebuilder industry best practice expertise.
  • Collaborate with project teams and clients to develop, test, and implement HomebuilderONE solutions.
  • Identify and apply creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles.
  • Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need for systems enhancements or modifications when necessary.
  • Document business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
  • Collaborate, manage, and lead meetings with other HomebuilderONE functional/technical consultants and client/end-users.
  • Facilitate the customer’s decision-making process and develop the functional design document that will drive the development process.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and train customer resources.
  • Liaise with product vendors on any issues relevant to our customers or the company’s services.
  • Manage full-cycle management coordination of a project and the successful completion of the project within a stipulated budget.
  • Ensure all technical aspects of projects meet required standards for functionality, operability, and documentation.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong background in homebuilding, preferably having worked in the homebuilding industry with an understanding of the full end-to-end homebuilding process - Similar or related industries or roles such as estimating and project costing are well regarded.
  • Proven experience working on a homebuilding ERP system is strongly preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic and analytical thinking capabilities, root cause analysis, and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Organizational skills to work with the vast array of information gathering during problem analysis and coping with rapidly changing information.
  • Successfully manage multiple deadlines, prioritizing as appropriate and providing timely status updates on open projects.
  • Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and the employees while maintaining a constant focus on meeting/exceeding client requirements and expectations.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients.
