About the Role

sa.global is looking for a motivated and skilled HomebuilderONE Functional Consultant to join our dynamic consulting team in Australia!

The HomebuilderONE Functional Consultant will collaborate with clients to deliver a state-of-the-art HomebuilderONE solution. You will excel at delivering high quality service and cutting-edge solutions to sa.global clients in the homebuilder industry.

This individual will focus on guiding and assisting clients through all phases of project implementations of the HomebuilderONE solution. A HomebuilderONE Consultant defines client business requirements, designs and configures the system solution for Homebuilder applications, and assists with system validation, go-live preparation, and support.

Main Responsibilities

Consult with clients to provide cost effective solutions that solve business issues using in-depth knowledge of the HomebuilderONE application as well as Homebuilder industry best practice expertise.
Collaborate with project teams and clients to develop, test, and implement HomebuilderONE solutions.
Identify and apply creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles.
Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need for systems enhancements or modifications when necessary.
Document business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
Collaborate, manage, and lead meetings with other HomebuilderONE functional/technical consultants and client/end-users.
Facilitate the customer’s decision-making process and develop the functional design document that will drive the development process.
Conduct user acceptance testing and train customer resources.
Liaise with product vendors on any issues relevant to our customers or the company’s services.
Manage full-cycle management coordination of a project and the successful completion of the project within a stipulated budget.
Ensure all technical aspects of projects meet required standards for functionality, operability, and documentation.

Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong background in homebuilding, preferably having worked in the homebuilding industry with an understanding of the full end-to-end homebuilding process - Similar or related industries or roles such as estimating and project costing are well regarded.
Proven experience working on a homebuilding ERP system is strongly preferred.
Strong business acumen, strategic and analytical thinking capabilities, root cause analysis, and creative problem-solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Organizational skills to work with the vast array of information gathering during problem analysis and coping with rapidly changing information.
Successfully manage multiple deadlines, prioritizing as appropriate and providing timely status updates on open projects.
Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and the employees while maintaining a constant focus on meeting/exceeding client requirements and expectations.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients.
