Why We Need You

We have several enterprise projects coming in fast and are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Australia.

As an Enterprise Project Manager, you play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing large-scale projects while serving as the primary point of contact for our clients. Your role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and driving successful project outcomes that contribute to client satisfaction and organizational growth. Your ability to navigate client needs, manage expectations, and deliver results are critical in driving positive outcomes and fostering long-term partnerships.


Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and coordination of enterprise-level projects, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between clients and project teams, ensuring alignment of goals, priorities, and expectations
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Track and constantly measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Serve as primary contact for client inquiries and concerns throughout the lifecycle of the project
  • Maintain our project management methodology, comprehensive documentation, strict governance, processes, templates, and tools to be used across all projects within the organization
  • Prompt internal escalation and briefing of upcoming issues
  • Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Ensure all project resources maintain high level performance and accountable for resource utilization of the project team. Oversee resource allocation and utilization across projects to ensure optimal use of resources (e.g., personnel, budget, equipment)
  • Securing financial growth opportunities by initiating new projects


Skills and Experience

Required:

  • Strong understanding of industry-standard business practices in the Construction industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects with experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple geographies
  • Experience managing and delivering enterprise-level projects
  • Proven experience in HomebuilderONE solution/building/construction industry is ideal but not necessary
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Both written and oral
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients and stakeholders
  • Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering value to clients
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently and as part of a global team
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve professional success in a consulting environment
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks
  • Thinks clearly and calmly under pressure
  • Places emphasis on client satisfaction
  • Ability to build strong relationships across client and project teams
