What will you do?
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients as well as to internal teams.
- Collaborate and interact with multiple roles across the organization, such as executives, functional and technical consultants, project managers, and others
- Build and implement product strategies consistent with company vision.
- Liaise with development team to gain an in-depth knowledge that you can relate to customers – and to let them in on user behavior and/or any potential changes clients would like.
- Uncover business problems with clients and offer solutions with our technology.
- Conduct research into the industry – including competitor research. Provide suggestions to enhance the product's functionalities and features following the company's business strategy and customer needs and expectations.
- Review design and test documents to verify that the design will meet the defined requirements.
- Work with delivery teams to ensure they are supported in implementing our solutions for their clients.
- Review and prioritize activities according to business needs.
- Learn D365 Project Operations and sa.global IP solutions.
Required skills:
- 5+ years of experience working with or implementing ERP solutions, ideally with D365 BC, D365 F&O but also Pantheon, Oracle, Upis or similar.
- Strong understanding of business applications, finances, and business processes.
- Work experience as a pre-sales consultant or role in product management is a plus.
- Experience working in the consulting or professional services industry is a must.
- Some experience and/or understanding of Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform
- Ability to resolve problems independently using an analytical approach.
- Customer-centric approach and great communication skills.
- Ability to work with team members across the globe.
- Good written and spoken English language.
- University degree.
